1. PROHIBITED USAGES.
1.1 Ignero does not allow any customer to use our service(s) for illegal activities. Examples include, but are not limited to the following:
- Storing/serving child pornography.
- Sending unsolicited email.
- Committing fraud in any way.
- Sending DDoS (Denial of Service) attacks.
- Using our network to operate public VPN(s) or Proxy networks
- Sharing/peering illegal, copyrighted content.
- Spreading malicious content: warez, nulled software, virus.
- Bruteforcing, port scanning, IP spoofing, phishing.
1.2 Customers who violates our prohibited usages policy will be notified and have involved service(s) suspended until the incident resolved or might lead to account closure depend on cases.
2. MAILING.
2.1 - Mailing ports are blocked by default to prevent abusive activity and only open ports base on justification. We have the right to refuse any mailing port open requests as if it doesn't prove to be legit.
2.2 - Ignero does not allow customer sending mails in large volume in any circumstances.
2.3 - Customers who violate our mass-mailing policy will result in immediate service termination without refund.
3. IRC.
3.1 - Because IRC usage attracts a disproportional amount of denial of service attacks, Ignero does not allow usage of IRC clients, servers, bots, or other IRC technology.
3.2 - Customers who violate our IRC policy will result in immediate service termination without refund.
4. Mining.
4.1 - Crypto/blockchain activities are prohibited by the client unless the client pays the crypto/blockchain fees which are stated on the product configuration page during checkout.
4.2 - Customers who violate our crypto/blockchain policy will result in immediate service termination without refund.
